Abstract :
In this paper, an Sigma-Delta analog-to-digital Converter that uses a current mode is presented. The Sigma-Delta Analog to Digital Converter is a low power structure with a wide band and low noise. This converter includes an op-amp with enough gain in high frequency and a high precision comparator. The input signal range is from 0 to 5 mV and with a frequency of 0.01H to 1GHZ. The proposed circuit is simulated in the standard CMOS 0.18μm technology in ADS software with 1.8V supply voltage, with a 40.1Ks/S sampling frequency, power consumption 2.6μw,.
