Abstract :
Non-protein nitrogen compounds (NPN) mainly act as ¬metabolic mediators, ¬metabolic waste products that must be removed from the body, or messenger molecules in the regulation of ¬adaptive body responses. Any type of non-protein compound that contains a nitrogen atom can be -considered as NPN . Despite this, the most famous and important ¬NPNs are nucleic acids ¬, nucleotides, nucleosides ¬, urea, creatine, creatinine, uric acid, glutathione, ammonia, amino acids ¬, ornithine, citrulline, nitric oxide and ¬species Reactive Nitrogen (RNS) . Changes in the internal environment of the body can ¬affect the values of all types of NPNs ¬. For example, disease conditions such as kidney failure, congestive heart failure, various internal bleedings, obstruction of the urinary tract, ¬liver diseases and even changes in muscle mass can affect the NPN values of blood and urine such as urea (the final product of protein catabolism in the body). uric acid (end product of purine metabolism) and creatinine (excretion chemical caused by metabolism) have an effect . Also , research shows that nutritional patterns and physical activity have an effect on all types of NPNs at the cellular and systemic level. To Example Studies sign Data are tiredness caused From Activity sports With Levels Increase Found Ammonia At Relationship Is . _ In fact, it has been stated that during long-term sports activities of moderate intensity, due to the reduction of glycogen resources at the surface of muscle cells, ATP renewal cannot be carried out at the appropriate speed, which results in an increase in the amount of inosine monophosphate (IMP) and ammonia at the surface. It becomes cellular. Despite this 2018 study by Rousip and his colleagues , carbohydrate consumption during uniform moderate-intensity exercise does not have a significant effect on ammonia and urea production during exercise ( 1). In addition to ammonia and urea, creatinine is another NPN of interest. However, the evidence shows that although the creatinine values in athletes are different from those in the general population , they do not exceed the mentioned reference levels. In addition, it seems that creatinine values are different between athletes in different sports fields as a function of body measurement characteristics and muscle mass
