Abstract :
Skill training role in expanding skillful employees is considered as one of the prime factors of organizational commitment and economic development and job complication highlights the importance of training especially skills training and learning required skills. Hence, it is essential to enhance employees’ capability and adaptability. One of attributes that causes an organization to surpass others is committed and efficient human resources. The current paper is to investigate the factors affecting organizational commitment, entrepreneurship and training of employees of technical and vocational training general department in Markazi province included central department and training departments in Arak. It is a survey-based research. For collecting data, questionnaires of organizational commitment (Moda, Porter, Astyrz), skill training (researcher-made by Likert scale) and entrepreneurship (Marguerite Hill) were applied. The Cronbach alpha was found 0.764, 0.83 and 0.776 respectively. For analyzing the data, descriptive statistic was used. For Statistical Inferences T- test, Analysis of Variance, multiple regression, and Kolmogorov- Smirnov test were used. The population of the study is consisted of employees of the organization. The number of whom are 195, among this number 66 were selected as the sample. Results indicate that organizational commitment rate is above average. Organizational commitment has a positive significant relationship with variables of organizational justice, employment, entrepreneurship, job opportunities and promotion and skill training and also has no significant relationship with organizational participation. Multiple regression analysis and conclusion resulted in path analysis demonstrate that organizational justice is the most important and determinant affecting factor and positive Linear relationship on organizational commitment, while the rest included organizational participation, skill training, entrepreneurship and employment have direct effect and positive Linear relationship on organizational commitment and job opportunities and job promotion have indirect relationship on organizational commitment. This research is to improve knowledge and employees’ awareness level through studying affecting factors on organizational commitment, entrepreneurship, skill training in order to promote a culture of entrepreneurship and skill training and organizational participation of technical and vocational education general department in Markazi province.
