Abstract :
Cancer is a collection of biological processes in the human body considered as one of the most problematic diseases. Oral cancer is one of the world s most advanced stages cancer with convenient access, because its existence is not the patient s chance of being alive. The mechanistic and biological pathways study has helped better and faster prognosis and treatment of cancer. In this study, OSCC data were analyzed with genetrail 2, the major rout of estrogen signaling pathway in cancer effect we reached in the OSCC. The analysis identified seven genes associated with the estrogen pathway in keg analyses. Sex hormone estrogen in men and women plays a fundamental role, but with changes to its receptor, causes cancer. Considering studies in OSCC estrogen receptor (ER) alpha is more important contact to miR-125a can be reduced apoptosis. Studies have shown that only influencing of mir-125a associated with the estrogen receptor in OSCC has been found. So After synthesis mir-125a in oral cancer mortality can be recovery and reach to new drugs.
