چکیده :
The development of sustainable construction materials is attracting increased interest in the housing and construction industry worldwide. Geoplymers are new materials that could facilitate this issue IN addition geopolymers are good alternatives for ordinary Portland cement concrete. They are made BY pozzolans activation. Geo-polymer materials are inorganic polymers based on alumina and silica units, they are synthesized from a wide range of de-hydroxylated alumina-silicate powders condensed with alkaline silicate in a highly alkaline environment. Due to relatively new material, many mechanical specification of geopolymer are still not yet discovered. This paper presents an investigation into the, modulus of elasticity and stress–strain relationships of alkali-activated portland-cement-free concrete made with perlite.
