Strategic Performance Changes Measurement in a Dynamic Strategy Map

Abstract :
Performance change along with strategic objectives and during the time is desirable for top managers. The best qualitative model for strategic performance assessment is a balanced score card (BSC) and Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a powerful mathematical based model for performance measuring. By integrating these two models, their strengths are used and their weaknesses are removed. Akbarian et al. (2014) was measured the efficiency along with strategic goals and during the time with an integration of the BSC and DEA models. Based on that study, in this paper a new dynamic MPI structure considering dynamic variables of different periods is introduced to measure the strategic efficiency changes during the time and along with strategies of nine subsidiary refineries of the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC).
