This study with the aim of comprehensive and systematic evaluation of the college educational quality has used a survey and applied research method using questionnaires and checklist. The study population included all faculty members, heads of departments and graduate students in 2015 educational year. Faculty members questionnaire with 25 questions, Students questionnaire with 31 questions, Graduates 10 questions and managers’ checklist with 14 items. The data has been collected using researcher-made questionnaire and checklist in the range of 5 Likert scale using the criteria and indicators on the input, process and output. The results indicate that respondents rated the educational quality at the input with (3.01), process (3.35) and finally output points (2.67) in a partially desired level. As a result, although the average rates in different parts of triple points (3.01) were in relatively good condition but it is far from the ideal situation. In this context, to reduce these differences and gaps between current and desired state, practical suggestions were offered.
