The role of good governance on rights of city and citizenship

Abstract :
The most comprehensive systematic concept in the current community is citizenship. This study tries to examine the role of urban governance on urban rights. The two key words that should be examine before addressing the issue are: good urban governance and urban rights (civil rights). Urban good governance can be considered as accurate management of society in the context of a responsive, reliable, transparent and based on social justice syste. Civil right is a gift and is one of the intrinsic and human beings rights. Civil right consists of 4 parts: at first we define the word (right), (citizen) and the term civil rights. In a nutshell it can be said that a good urban governance which is based on civil rights, emphasizes that No man, woman or child can t kept far from access to the necessities of urban life, including adequate shelter, security, housing, safe water, sanitation, clean environment, health, education and nutrition, employment, and public safety and mobility and provides field of development and optimal utilization of resources and talents of people to achieve prosperity, progress, order, security and individual and community health. (Mokhtari, Marzie. 2010). We are trying to clarify the citizenship and civil rights phenomenon from the perspective of urban governance. It is noteworthy to say that we examined the article by descriptive-analytic view and library and field studies.
