Presenting a Comprehensive Model of Market Development in Cyberspace

Abstract :
Identification of changes in the needs and demands of the customers in different markets, along with the continuance of competitiveness of businesses and promoting economic prosperity have led to the implementation of market development strategies in companies. The aim of market development is being more responsive to customer needs, compliance with the conditions and environmental changes of the market, increasing profit and market share, customer satisfaction and confronting the policies of competitors, and increased competitiveness. Hence, the identification of market development strategies in electronic markets, helps the corporations’ managers to compile competitive strategies with a broader perspective. This study aims at studying the effective strategies for market development in cyberspaces so that the companies can claim an ideal situation in differentiation, concentration and leadership of costs. To this end, this article suggests a model and monitors it through the evaluation of structural equation method. The results of the study indicate that relational strategies, exchange strategies, knowledge-based and database-based strategies are influential in the market development in electronic markets.
