Abstract :
The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of organizational culture and structure on knowledge management. Structural equation modeling has been used to test the hypotheses in a sample of 112 cases. The results suggest that organizational culture and structure is positively related to knowledge management. Upon the results if organizational structure is less centralized, less formalized, more complicated and more integrated, knowledge management will be more favorable. Also based on the results Group, development, and market culture has a positive impact on knowledge management, while the hierarchical culture has a negative impact on knowledge management.
