Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to develop a marketing plan and analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the area of marketing and sales. The research method was descriptive-monitoring. The population was all managers of Pars-switch (11 individuals). Since, the sampling method was census. Therefore, the sample size was the same population. A questionnaire was used to measure the variables. In this regard, weakness, opportunities and threats of sales were analyzed and several suggestions were presented in the results.
