Study on Parameters of Speed in 7075 Aluminum Tube Flow Forming Process

Abstract :
Tube flow forming process is one of the most innovative and economical processes to produce seamless tubes with precision tolerance, high smooth and proper mechanical properties. In this process, factors such as feedstock speed, impact of rotational speed and efficiency of product surface quality are effective parameters on quality of product surface and their study is very important. This research has tried to study these mentioned factors on experimental and numerical methods. The significance of the mentioned parametric effect on 7075Aluminum tube was evaluated. The results showed that quality of surface decreases by increasing progress speed and load rate. Also, in order to perform flow forming process, optimal conditions were determined.
