Abstract :
With the rise of urbanization and the growth of urban population in developing countries, the issue of the distribution of urban services and its link with human-centered architecture has become especially important. In urban planning, the human-centered approach to two very important categories of social justice and sustainable development has been specifically addressed. Hence, the distribution of urban public utilities at different localities is one of the most prominent issues for assessing the importance of social justice and sustainable development. Therefore, the 3rd metropolitan area of Tabriz has been selected as the sample. To study the dimensions of sustainable development and social justice, analyzing the type of distribution of urban services in neighborhoods, deficiencies and deficiencies are identified and the distance with urban planning standards is determined. The method used in this research is a compilation of descriptive-analytical method. First, using the library studies and documentary methods, theoretical principles have been developed and then, using field observations, the study of the present status of the region has been analyzed. Finally, using the new fractal method, we have analyzed the region based on the status quo indicators. The results obtained from the fractal method show that there is a significant relationship between Hakvarah and the distribution of population at the district level and the distribution of urban public services. . And this means that with the increase in the population of neighborhoods, the level of public services has also increased. Key words: Public-Urban-Human-Center Planning-Tabriz-District 3
