Needs assessment of the training program based on Iranian- Islamic lifestyle at high school

Abstract :
The purpose of this research is need assessment of training program based on Iranian Islamic lifestyle at high school. Research method is descriptive – survey. Study population consisted of all high school students in the city of Karaj have been enrolled in the academic year 2014-2015. Using cluster random sampling, 28,194 people were selected as statistical sample and 379 students were selected according to Cochran Formula. Data gathering methods, library studies and questionnaire contains 27 questions of LIKERT been was used. To confirm the validity of the questionnaire assessed the number of qualified teachers, which ultimately approved the amendment and respected professors and advisors, a questionnaire was distributed between 30 students available and CRONBACH S alpha coefficient was equal to 0.751. In analyzing the data using descriptive statistics SPSS software parameters of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics, t-test sample was used. In the present study tow aspects of life skills and culture and art was investigated. The findings show that, except for the difference between the current and desired life skills training program in culture and art aspects of balance is not there and the need for training.
