Abstract :
The concept of SEZ is not such a new concept. The concept of SEZ is represented in various countries in more than 19 terms like free trade zone, industrial zone, export processing zone, and etc. According to the importance of the issue “SEZ “, replacement of the residents to establish SEZ and the allocation of infrastructural facilities for the people living in the regions of SEZ is mentioned very important and vital in this relation. Considering this issue is very useful to establish special economic zones in an appropriate location. The fundamental objective in present paper is to recognize and allocate an appropriate approach for rehabilitation facilities. The present paper was done in 2009-2013, and the data of research was gathered by questionnaire. Data analysis is done by two ways include descriptive and inferential analyses by SPSS software, version 19. According to the results of research, it was specified that special economic zones in the regions of study is shown that rehabilitation of local people is not done in a proper ways and is made problems to SEZs management and local people.
