Abstract :
This article examines the role of technology-enhanced leadership in the development of elementary school teachers talents. With the growing demand for high-quality education, the use of effective leadership strategies that leverage technological tools to support teacher growth has become increasingly important. This research employs a mixed-method approach (qualitative and quantitative), including quantitative questionnaires and qualitative interviews with teachers and principals in various educational contexts. The findings indicate that technology-enhanced leadership significantly contributes to teachers professional development. This is achieved by facilitating personalized learning, fostering collaboration among teachers, and providing data-driven insights into teaching practices. Key factors such as leaders digital literacy, access to technological resources, and a supportive organizational culture are identified as critical elements for the success of this approach. The study concludes that integrating technology into leadership practices not only aids in talent development but also enhances overall educational outcomes in elementary schools. Practical recommendations are provided for policymakers, school administrators, and teachers to harness the potential of technology in leadership and talent management. This research contributes to the existing literature on educational leadership and technology, offering a framework for sustainable teacher development in the digital age.
