Abstract :
Entrepreneurship education is considered a key factor in economic and social development. However, traditional teaching methods, due to their excessive emphasis on theoretical concepts, often lack sufficient effectiveness. With the emergence of modern technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and experiential learning, new opportunities have arisen to enhance this educational process. This study aims to examine the role of modern technologies in entrepreneurship skills training by proposing a technology-based learning model comprising three phases: infrastructure preparation, interactive learning implementation, and educational outcome assessment. In this model, virtual reality is introduced as a tool for creating simulated environments that allow students to practice decision-making, creativity, and risk management skills in realistic conditions. Findings indicate that these technologies can mitigate the limitations of traditional methods, leading to deeper and more sustainable learning. However, challenges such as high implementation costs, the need for specialized instructor training, and the lack of technical infrastructure in certain regions pose significant barriers to the adoption of this model. Accordingly, recommendations are provided for developing technical infrastructure, training instructors, designing interactive content, and evaluating effectiveness. Future research could focus on cost-benefit analyses of implementing these technologies, comparing the effectiveness of traditional and technology-based methods, and developing technology-driven learning assessment tools.
