Abstract :
As long as they are trying to survive and require themselves to be present in the national and international arena, organizations must take the lead in continuous improvement. This principle can not be achieved unless the reach of the field is possible by improving performance management. This improvement can be achieved by developing and applying a performance-based performance evaluation system by taking appropriate feedback from the inner and peripheral environment, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses, and the opportunities and threats of the organization, accountability and customer satisfaction. A performance-based performance evaluation system is of great help to the flexibility of the programs and the goals and mission of organizations in today s dynamic environment. Evaluating and measuring its performance and its development requires culture building and promotion of organizational culture. In this paper, we define the performance appraisal from three dimensions of employees, use of resources and facilities, and in organizational form, and after introducing different views in the field of performance evaluation as well as the general process description in organizations, introducing models and We will use common performance evaluation models.
