Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the use of knowledge management in the education organization of Lorestan province from the viewpoint of the teachers working in high schools in al-Shateri city. The number of people in the community was 180 and based on the Morgan table, 123 randomly selected random sampling was used. The research tool was a standard knowledge management questionnaire Sheral Lawson which has a reliability coefficient of 0.89. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics of a single sample T test were used to analyze the dimensions of knowledge management. Based on The findings of the research between the dimensions of knowledge management (knowledge dissemination) with the mean (3.6569) and then the application of knowledge with the mean (4457/2) have the lowest priority. It can be argued that the education organization of Lorestan province The section (knowledge application) has been underestimated.
