Abstract :
Balanced Score Methodology (BSC) is a tool for assessing the performance of organizations in line with their goals and strategies in four perspectives: financial, customer, internal processes, and ultimately the perspective of growth and learning. In this study, the performance of the company X3 was measured and evaluated in this model based on the determination of key criteria in each area, as well as the determination of key performance indicators for each of the metrics and the predicted goals ( Target. In each of the indicators examined and compared to the actual performance of the company, the organization can provide an overview of the organization to enable it to take appropriate measures to improve as well as to create appropriate infrastructure for the improvement of the organization s performance. Safeguarding its organization in coping with the challenges of globalization and increasing competitiveness in the global environment. In order to determine the financial dimensions of using financial indicators, to determine customer satisfaction from the customer satisfaction questionnaire, to determine the performance of processes, we identified the key factors and then, according to the strategies of the organization, the performance of their situation was performed. According to the prediction of their performance, and finally, to determine the growth and learning of the organization, the organization s organization scale and organizational learning has been used.
