Abstract :
The research is A model for identification and analysis of product quality costs and after-sales service based on P.A.F model in IKCO Company. The aim of this study was to improve quality at least cost through better identification and management of quality costs and Identification of measurement indicators and the reasons for creating high quality ones. Accordingly, after preparation of quality cost structure based on P.A.F model and preparation of quality costs headings, 54 effective factors on quality costs were identified using the PAF model in the four factors of prevention, evaluation, internal failure and external failure. Using the questionnaire and scoring of experts, 33 indicators were finalized. Structural equation method was used to measure the cost of quality by PLS software and the model of cost analysis and evaluation of Irankhodro Company was obtained. In the next stage, the indicators and factors affecting the quality of the costs were determined to evaluate the quality of the product and after sales services And the indicators that have the most impact on IranKhodro s quality costs are respectively Indicator of warranty, Indicator Indicator of Indemnity Items (Suppliers), In-process Inspection Index, and Pre-Product Planning IndexFinally, suggestions were made to strengthen the above indicators. The results of the research hypotheses indicate that four factors of prevention, evaluation, internal failure and external failure have a significant effect on quality costs in Irankhodro. Finally, in order to reduce the cost and continuous improvement of the target quality and indicators in related fields were defined. It is noteworthy that this cycle is the same as the continuous dming cycle, i.e. after defining the indicators and reducing the costs, we will re-identify the costs and the conversely and continuous improvement of the quality continues
