Abstract :
Different levels of enzyme and yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) into several groups including control or 10 g / day whey group, 10 g / day enzyme (ENZ) group (110 g protease unit, 9 g unit). Lipase, 110 g alpha-amylase), 15 g / day yeast and 20 g / day YST + ENZ, DMI before and after calving were not affected by treatments. (1 / 0P>) (Soder and Holden, 1999). Addition of YST cultures to the diets of lactating cows increased total bacterial cellular bacterial concentrations in the rumen, but this increase did not mean an overall increase in fiber digestion or increased DMI. The researchers recommended that the activity of the cellulite bacterium decrease in a way that increases the number of bacteria (Harrison et al., 1988). There was no effect on DMI before calving when YST cultures were fed from day 14 before calving to day 14 after calving. In a study, Holstein cows from 14 days before calving according to 305-day milk production equivalent to puberty with different levels of yeast included: control diet, yeast cultured diet (YC) at 56 g / day, and diet containing YC EHY + (enzymatically hydrolyzed yeast) increased the amount of milk by 28 g / day (P <0.01), milk fat percentage was not affected by treatments, milk fat content for cows receiving YC and YC + EHY was higher (P <0.01), protein content was higher for YC + EHY recipients (P <0.01), milk protein content was higher for YC and YC + EHY recipients (Nocek et al., 2011). The addition of EHY to YC clearly affected SCC and subclinical mastitis. MOS enhances the humoral immune response to rotavirus and has a tendency to increase rotavirus antibody translocation in calves, thus supporting the discussion of the immune enhancement process (Franklin et al., 2005). β-3 and 1-glucan are injected into the dried cow s breast infected with Staphylococcus aureus and the therapeutic effect on sections of mastitis with Staph. Aureus was not observed in a chronic clinic. The effect of EHY on SCC can be along the ability of the immune response (Waller et al., 2003).
