Abstract :
Residential complexes in Iran have undergone major changes in recent years, which have led to the change in spatial organization that has led to the elimination and addition of various home uses. Many factors, such as the effects of urban texture on house structure, construction technology, and alteration of the intellectual foundations of architecture, have influenced this transformation to varying degrees, but elevation has been one of the factors that accelerate the globalization of home spaces and the disappearance of local spaces. It has played a significant role in the sense that the modern Western model has been replicated in a similar fashion to similar condominiums around the world, and this industrialized view of housing has changed the way of life among people not only in Iran, but in the East as well.
