Abstract :
Since the road factor plays an important role in the occurrence of road accidents along with the two human and vehicle factors, therefore, optimizing and securing roads by modifying the road geometry, organizing road surface texture (pavement), and installing a variety of signs And road safety equipment will be important in reducing road accidents and accidents. The lack of a smart systems strategy not only duplicates joint ventures in community infrastructures but also disparates systems and may create new problems for the transportation system, thus impacting road control management and HSE safety management. These problems are of paramount importance in urban areas. In this study, we evaluate HSE safety management and the impact of road control management on road toll reduction (a case study of arterial axes in the Central Province) using the equation structure method. In this study, 120 questionnaires were distributed and 80 of them are usable for this project. Indicates non-use of new methods and technologies in FREEDOM Road Speed Control System with 5.959/5 is the first priority, indicating that non-precise indexing is second in importance to the tasks of the 5.553 relief teams. Poor and inadequate performance index of HSE teams on the road with a score of 5/125 Third is the importance
