Abstract :
The flipped classroom is an educational approach and a form of blended learning in which students learn educational content at home and through online (or offline) educational videos, and in the classroom the teacher helps to solve problems and answer students questions. And talk to them. In 2007, when the frequent absences of students in the classroom for various reasons, such as illness, caught the attention of Jonathan Bergman and Aaron Sams, two chemistry teachers at Woodland Park High School in Colorado, they thought of a solution. In an effort to help their absent students, the two decided to record and distribute videos of their classroom. In this way and officially, the term flipped classroom emerged as a new approach in teaching and learning. They found that this approach helped teachers pay more attention to the individual needs of each student. The most important advantage of the flipped classroom is that the teacher can adapt to different learning styles. Also, none of the students fall behind in the learning process. Teaching and learning are both learning, with the difference that teaching has a theoretical aspect and learning has a practical aspect. Education is the process of facilitating learning, or acquiring knowledge, skills, values, ethics, beliefs and habits. Teaching methods include teaching, practical training, storytelling, discussion and guided research. Training is often conducted under the guidance of instructors, but learners can also teach themselves. The most important element of development in individual, organizational and social dimensions is education; which brings creation, improvement and exaltation of man. Education is an experience based on learning and in order to create relatively stable changes in a person, to enable him to do work and improve his abilities, change skills, knowledge, attitude and social behavior. The flipped classroom is one of the new educational approaches for effective and sustainable learning. The flipped classroom is an educational approach and a form of blended learning in which students learn educational content at home and through online (or offline) educational videos, and in the classroom the teacher helps to solve problems and answer students questions. Basic and talks with them. In this educational approach, direct training is transferred from the group learning space to the individual learning space. The classroom then becomes a dynamic and interactive learning environment, and the teacher guides elementary students to apply the concepts and creatively engage with the subject matter. Knowing and using this method of teaching in elementary schools can have positive effects on students learning.
