The application of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning (case study: elementary schools of Nowshahr city)

Abstract :
    Artificial intelligence as a field of information technology is generally of interest to researchers in the field of information technology engineering and software and computer fields. The review of the researches and studies done in this field shows that the field of interest of most of the researchers of this topic was in the fields related to computers. However, these researchers have mostly paid attention to artificial intelligence from a technical point of view and have not explored its applications in different fields. The purpose of this research is the application of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning in elementary schools of Nowshahr city. The research community is the elementary schools of Nowshahr city in Mazandaran province, where the number of teachers, principals and assistants reaches 140, and according to Kerjesi and Morgan s table, 103 of them were selected as a sample by cluster sampling method. The results of data analysis with Smart PLS software have shown that the model has a good fit and Cronbach s alpha values for all variables are greater than 0.7, indicating acceptable reliability. In addition, the value of the t statistic is greater than the critical value of 1.96 in all cases, which indicates that the indicators of management, evaluation, education and learning have correctly measured the structure of artificial intelligence in education and learning.
