Abstract :
The issue of disclosure of job secrets by workers and employees is one of the important issues in the workplace that requires different disciplinary and criminal approaches. This issue can include various forms, from disclosure of confidential information or behaviors that violate company rules and regulations to betrayal of trust and misuse of company resources. For example, an employee may pass on confidential company information to business competitors, or a worker may misuse company resources for personal gain while on the job. To deal with these cases, companies should have appropriate policies and regulations to manage information security and prevent violations of business secrets. These policies may include security training for employees, establishing systems for monitoring employee behavior, and enforcing clear and effective regulations. Also, to manage exposure to violations, companies should consider appropriate criminal approaches. This includes actions such as warnings, internal investigations, suspensions and even legal action. As a result, dealing with the disclosure of business secrets requires continuous effort and coordination between disciplinary and criminal law to manage these issues in the best way and to maintain the security of the company.
