Abstract :
Today, many interpretations of the contemporary architectural situation of Iran are quoted and are being made. In this way, Iran s architecture today is suspended between the past and the future and is struggling to find its own path. But knowing and understanding the real path in this is quite a difficult way, because on the one hand, our past and traditions are still full of eternal thoughts and principles, and on the other hand, the modern researches and answers of Western architecture cannot provide a suitable answer to The conditions arise from the cultural-social background of our land. It seems necessary to understand the roots of the crisis and its formation factors in order to provide a solution. The factors that shape the crisis in the architecture of a different country. The arrival of architecture from other lands has been done in various ways. This act of a person or a group importing foreign culture instead of benefiting from local culture is the first step towards individualism. In this way, buildings are gradually built with the personal taste of one or more people from the ruling class, each of which represents the individualism of the ruling people. The rapid development of urbanization in Iran has led to the construction of hasty and unplanned spaces. The design of the new parts of the cities is mostly exclusive to the preparation of the land use map, which includes a uniform checkered grid without hierarchy and land segmentation, often in a uniform and repetitive manner, and construction density criteria in the spaces between them. Failure to pay attention to the third dimension and the dimensions of the buildings, the height of the walls, the sky line and the lack of design of neighboring and visible buildings on the edge of the streets, as architectural complexes, regardless of their overall identity, leads to disorder and disturbance and Sometimes the appearance and architecture of urban spaces have become uniform, and unfortunately, most of them have not been built with the desired spatial quality. The interruption of the historical transformation process of the city due to the exogenous development has caused our modern city to lose its conceptual and identity dimensions in many cases.
