Abstract :
    The aim of this study was to compare the quality of instruction Ferdowsi University of Mashhad International University graduate students is of the view and the most practical purpose in this study in terms of research methods, descriptive survey. The population of the study consisted of all students (3155) State University and the International University of Mashhad in 1393 accounted for 86 percent of the school year 94 students (2730 students) at the State University of Ferdowsi 14 percent (425 students) attended the International University. According to Cochran s sample size of 343 students (297 public, 46 international) and stratified random sampling method. To ensure 600 questionnaires distributed among students and 550 (340 public and 210 international) questionnaires were analyzed. To determine the normal distribution of the sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was performed. For this purpose, the standard questionnaire quality of teaching and variables such as content mastery, lesson plans, teaching methods, classroom management, communication skills and evaluation with Cronbach s alpha of 86%. The reliability of the questionnaire in this study , 80/0, respectively. to analyze the data descriptive statistics (frequency, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (T-test and analysis ANOVA) was used. The results show all of the content mastery, lesson plans, teaching skills, classroom management, assessment, communication skills, and ethical issues in education, teaching except tips and advice significant difference in two international university professors and government.
