Reviewing the influential social elements on Urban Sustainable Development ( case study of Takestan city)

Abstract :
    The subject of sustainable development is considered as the reconciliation between development and environment. Since humans themselves are the origin and beginner of sustainable development and also are the main actors of development process and eventually humans and Human Communities compose themselves the aim of sustainable development, attention to the social aspects of sustainable development is very essential. On the other hand, since cities have assigned dense centers of human population to themselves, the concept of urban sustainable development seems very significance among the species of sustainable development. Takestan city has not went through developmental processes very well with due attention to its oldness and its rather long history in the course of urbanism. on the other side, when we acknowledge the geographical situation of this city (in the plain of Ghazvin) and its deep and inseparable link with its nearby environment, the significance of investigating sustainable development of this city redoubles so that more than thirty thousand hectares of lands of this city belong to gardens (especially grape) and more than half of population of citizens of this city relate somehow directly to the environmental factors such as pollutions of poisons and chemical dungs and ineffective use of water sources. In this research, investigating the role of various and effective social factors on the sustainable development of Takestan has been considered. This study is based on Deduction and Analysis Research Method and with using various books, articles, explorations and subjects included in scientific sites, the content of research has been provided. The findings of this research express the effect of various social factors such as social capital, family organization, social justice, demographic elements, poverty, unemployment, citizenship manner and behavior and citizenship training on the process of urban Sustainable development.
