Abstract :
    The purpose of the research is to study the influence of cultural and artistic activities of the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults Institude centers on the amelioration of the social skills and the creativity of both female and male youths in Tehran in the year 1394. Experimental method of research is used with Experiment and control groups. The statistical population included four groups of thirty people; Female group (Experiment control &), male group (Experiment &control). The Teenage Inventory of Social Skills (TISS; Inderbitzen & Foster, 1992) and the Torrent Creativity questionnaires are used for data collection. Data obtained using T-test shows that the activities of Cultural and Artistic center has an impact on creativity and social skills (p>0.000). The study also reveals that there is a difference in creativity level between boys and girls, but there is no difference in social activities.
