Abstract :
Study the causes and consequences of the attitude of employees about job satisfaction is one of the main aspects of human resource management and organizational industrial psychology is a branch.Numerous studies to identify and understand the factors influencing job satisfaction than other organizational variables have been made.In addition, evaluation of employees in this regard, as a common activity in organizations that managers are looking for physical and mental well-being of their staff, have been considered very important.This research aims to evaluate and prioritize the social determinants of job satisfaction in Yazd Combined Cycle Power Plant s staff.So 300 employees were selected using simple random sampling and analysis conducted using statistical methods.Results showed that social factors with job satisfaction, there.Also according to the relationship, this relationship is strong and positive.
The ratings also factor Friedman test was conducted using creativity with an average rating of 3.92 as the most important factor,Reward system with an average rating of 3.01 as the second factor,Job security with an average rating of 2.93 as the third factor,Relations between colleagues with an average rating of 2.89 as the fourth factor and fringe benefits as of the end presented with an average rating of 2.26 presented as final factor.
