Abstract :
    Low levels quality of urban spaces, neglect of social and cultural values, and also the Hidden identity of urban Architectural spaces, Caused to forming a Misanthropes areas in the urban structure, which shows Necessity of dynamic atmosphere of a city more than ever. To achieve this dynamic in urban space and society, require to meet the needs and issues which the most important of them is to pay attention to social vitality, which today is measured with activity levels and social interactions as well as the nature of social relationships. A vibrant and dynamic city can make a good relationship between social strata collective spirit through the mass media, leads to higher levels of health, culture, economy, peace and justice in terms of socially, which finally viability will lead to a better environment. In this research, by using of qualitative research methods, cross-sectional and field studies, is trying to promote social interaction as one of the main factors of urban space dynamics and architectural factors in a sample selected case Ferdowsi Avenue Branch, is examined. Finally, with using field observations and photos, Existing potentials and barriers are identified and recommendations in order to achieve dynamic urban identity are expressed.
