Abstract :
The present research aims to study barriers in the way of women to reach the manager posts .It uses of qualitative method with emphasize on phenomenology. To gather information, we used conversation and to analyze the achievements of the research the Coliazzi s method has been used. In order to do our research we selected women manager through aimed selecting samples. According to the results the barriers in the way of women to reach managements are divided in four categories :
Fundamental barriers with four elements. Individual and family barriers with four elements. Cultural and social ones with five elements.
Legal obstacles with three increase. They hold that the general view of the society has had effects on the situation of lack of women managers. Furthermore we should pay attention to the effects of mass media and the educational system in the regard.
