Abstract :
    Global and regional assessments by the major institutions of business environment is done, The importance of a deeper analysis of the economic growth indicators, major economic development and other factors such activities performed in other countries shows that governments of different countries. So we decided that some factors other words opportunities arising from the development of entrepreneurship and investigate these criteria have reviewed seen.
