Abstract :
Baby hamster kidney (BHK) cell growth kinetics was investigated by using different kinetic model and the effect of glucose, glutamine, lactate and ammonia on BHK culture was studied.The obtained result showed that BHK cell growth and the products release kinetics obey logestic and ludking-piret models respectively and the corresponding parameters were evaluated in a suspension batch culture.
