Abstract :
In this study, the performance results of using one-axis three position sun tracker system have been analyzed in period of one year operation. The theoretical study has been done for two identical PV systems (95WP). Calculated data has been comprised and analyzed at Urmia climate in 2014. PV system calculation performance were carried out, at first while PV system were in a fixed position and then PV system has studied when one-axis three position sun tracker system were performed. The amount of produce electricity for one year is 0.24 (MW) with energy rating of 2567.73 KWh/KW p, for fixed PV system. In comprise with fixed tilt angle PV system 27% more electricity produced in tracking system. Annual produced electricity for one-axis three position sun tracker system is 0.31 (MW) with 3231.37 KWh/KW p
