Abstract :
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a reliable, 3D-based, digital approach and virtual space that can be used for a variety of purposes, including design, planning, scheduling decisions, construction schedules, estimating construction costs, and maintenance of construction projects. The purpose of this descriptive-analytic research is to investigate the role and application of building management in the building industry through library studies. After summarizing and introducing these features, the results are presented.
