Abstract :
Photobioreactor systems are a vital component in the process of 3D tissue engineering and the formation of tissue constructs. Photobioreactor are used to provide a tissue-specific physiological in vitro environment during tissue maturation. Photobioreactor engineering science is experiencing rapid progress. In recent years, micro bioreactors have received great interest. Thus, there is often little need for designing systems to control essential environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, and CO2 levels within the bioreactor. In the following, energy sources is the field that studies human utilization of energy resources and energy commodities, and the consequences of that utilization. Also, this system offers culture conditions identical to the external environment and takes advantage of “free” sunlight as its energy source. In this study, a review of the literature data related to the cultivation of the microalgae and photobioreactor system were provided.
