Abstract :
This paper presents a nonlinear finite element analyses in order to optimize the seismic of strap-braced Light-weight steel framing. Light-weight steel framing structures During earthquakes receive amount of small lateral force due to their light weight. In order to investigate the seismic behavior of this buildings ,Initially a Strap-braced cold-formed steel framing to the dimensions of 2.4×2.4 m is Analyzed using the finite element ANSYS software and the results are compared with experimental model. Then consider the three other models than Strap-brace
