Abstract :
This article scrutinizes the intricate nexus of post-pandemic identity, hope, and community-building, with a discerning gaze into Islamic and Christian perspectives. It undertakes a nuanced exploration of how these religious paradigms perceive hope s pivotal role in fortifying communal resilience, safeguarding mental well-being, and sustaining identity amidst the evolving contours of a shifting world. By extracting insights from the Christian hope philosophy, complemented by biblical sources, and aligning them with the nuanced nuances of Islamic teachings found in the Qur an and the Sahifa Sajjadiyeh, this scholarly inquiry unveils the profound and immutable connection between hope and transcendent Divine communion. Going beyond the theological realms, this empirical investigation diligently probes the ramifications of media literacy on the bedrock of family foundations, elucidating its profound sway on the hope and resilience within the multifaceted edifice of communities. It confronts the specter of passivity and the gnawing isolation engendered by the seductive illusion of knowledge, proffering an impassioned plea for a holistic paradigm shift in enhancing the mental well-being. In the epoch of the post-pandemic era, this study parses the emergent contours of a nascent global disorder. Anchored in the moorings of deeply entrenched religious teachings, hope is tendered as the guiding North Star amidst the dense fog of existential uncertainty, serving as both a fulcrum for social cohesion and a bulwark for preserving the tenets of identity. It underscores, with scholarly rigor, the evergreen relevance of hope as not merely a cohesive adhesive binding communities together but also as an alchemical catalyst that promulgates the betterment of mental health. It extends a clarion call to scholars, theologians, and policymakers, imploring them to recognize hope s transcendent essence as a unifying filament that gracefully transcends the confines of religious demarcation, heralding a new epoch ripe for the pursuit of utopian ideals in the post-pandemic epoch.
