Abstract :
The realm of Internet of Things (IoT) bestows a spectrum of benefits upon household appliances, captivating users with its considerable allure. Nonetheless, neglecting users inclinations could engender reluctance among the majority, potentially leading to a lukewarm reception of these products in the market. Within the contours of this research, the prime objective has been the exploration of users aspirations and cravings, coupled with the utilitarian attributes of IoT. An array of overarching functional dimensions was distilled and subsequently ranked by the users themselves. Following this, the gleaned insights were subjected to scrutiny through personal interviews, culminating in the formulation of strategic recommendations that align harmoniously with users aspirations. Predominantly consisting of prospective users, the study s participants underscore the imperative of safeguarding user identity as both proprietors and arbiters of product efficacy.
