The role of technical and vocational trainings in improving moral and cultural intelligence of trainees working in technical and vocational centers of Kerman City

Abstract :
    The purpose of this research to investigate the role of technical and vocational trainings in improving the moral and cultural intelligence of trainees in technical and vocational education centers in Kerman city in the first six months of 2016 has been done. For this purpose, using random sampling and Cochran formula, a number of 196 trainees were selected as samples from 400 peoples of all trainees in technical and vocational education centers in Kerman city from different technical and services fields. The research method in this study is descriptive–analytical and questionnaires were used for data collection. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used by statistical software SPSS22. The results showed that technical and vocational trainings are effective in improving the moral and cultural intelligence of trainees working in technical and vocational centers of Kerman City.
