Abstract :
Today, with increasing development of traffic engineering, there has been developed a plenty of methods and tools in terms of traffic management. One of which is intelligent transportation system (ITS), that plays a major role in safety and activation of transportation. One of the reasons for the decline in the use of intelligent systems can be mentioned as lack of public funds. Here, attracting of private sector investment, such as banks and insurance companies, can play an important role in achieving this goal. In this paper, various methods of financing and contracts for the purchase, installation and exploitation of these systems by using BOT, BOOT, FINANCE, etc. have been studied and the most consistent method has been proposed.
