Abstract :
Abstract Political skills could be considered as one of the most significant characteristics of any manager with which he could manage his employees more efficiently. As limited studies have been carried out in this field, our main purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of managers’ political skills on employees’ organizational commitment considering the intermediary role of the inferred organizational support and employees’ job satisfaction. The statistical community of this study included the managers and employees of MahabGhods Company. According to Morgan’s table, 92 people have been chosen as the samples; and after data gathering by standard questionnaire, political skills have been analyzed. The stability of the questionnaire has been approved thanks to Crown Bache Alpha coefficient, and its nominal and content validity have been approved and confirmed by the professors and specialists of this field. Moreover, the study’s model and assumptions have been analyzed and fitted with the use of AMOS structural equation software. The results demonstrate that managers’ political skills have a positive and meaningful relation with inferred organizational support, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The positive impact of inferences from organizational support on employees’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment has been also confirmed.
