Review and Importance of Maritime Jobs in the Country

Abstract :
In this we are trying to discuss the job of sailing in Iran and the shortcomings and shortcomings of this job. This article is based on the findings of the research, in the field of marine engineering from the professional branch, the mathematical branch of physics and their labor market in the country, as well as its importance and the employment status of these fields in scholarships, non-scholarships, and also the basis of Sicknesses and disgruntledness of some staff and students in the professional technical sector. In the technical and vocational field, three disciplines have been planned in the Marine Science and Technology Department with the titles of Marine Electronics and Telecommunications, marine engine mechanics and navigation. These disciplines are taking place in eight conservatories and in seven coastal provinces. Due to the need for training in these disciplines, practical lessons need to be implemented in a workplace environment with a maritime status. Therefore, the disciplines of the Department of Marine Science and Technology have to be implemented on the shores of the sea, taking into account the characteristics they possess. Currently, Marine Science and Technology Departments are operating in two Mazandaran, Gilan, Golestan, Hormozgan, Bushehr, Sistan and Baluchestan provinces, each with a conservatory and a province of Khuzestan. Marine disciplines are among the disciplines in which students must undergo medical tests prior to studying in their field of study, in order to prevent them from doing maritime journals. The Ports and Maritime Organization in the Provinces of the Provinces will have trusted doctors to do this, and after conducting the necessary tests, the health certificate will be issued to the applicants. But in the new year, due to the 4 years of technical vocational training, there is still no new program for continuing this field in the field of technical professionalism.
