This article examines the application of artificial intelligence in industrial marketing and analyzes its impact on sales processes. By analyzing data and identifying customer buying patterns, artificial intelligence helps sales managers prioritize potential customers and personalize sales messages. Also, AI-based tools such as chatbots and virtual assistants help improve the sales process and enhance customer engagement. The article also discusses the challenges of data accuracy and customer relationship management and emphasizes the need to integrate artificial intelligence into sales strategies. Finally, the increasing importance of artificial intelligence in industrial marketing and its impact on improving sales efficiency and customer interactions is examined. The aim of this study is to advance knowledge on a topic that can lead to further research in the field of industrial marketing.
