Abstract :
The present research aims to link intellectual capital to the quality of service services. The research method, descriptive and correlation research design is a structural equation modeling model. The statistical population of the study consisted of male and female employees of sport and youth departments of East Azarbaijan province in about 150 people. Using non-random sampling method, 80 people were selected as a statistical sample. For collecting the research data, three standard questionnaires of intellectual capital based on the Story model, organizational performance based on the balanced scorecard model and service quality were used based on the Servqual model. Data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software LISREL. The results of structural equation showed that the direct effect of human capital components on organizational performance. , And service quality 28 /. , At level 05 /. , Positive and meaningful. Effect of customer s capital on service quality 57 /. , At level 05 /. , Positive and meaningful. Direct effect of organizational performance on the quality of services 17 /. , At level 05 /. , Positive and meaningful. The indirect effect of intellectual capital components with the role of organizational performance interfaces on quality of services was not significant.
