Abstract :
In each organization, different staffs have different capabilities, and different human resource management styles must be considered in order to enhance these capabilities and link them to the organization s strategy, tailored to each category of capabilities. This research intends to explore the role and challenges of HRM in organizations in order to target strategies to optimize the human resources planning system. The results showed that some of the most important strategies for optimizing the organization s human resources planning are: human resource standardization, the establishment of appropriate rules for attracting and retaining manpower, reforming the payroll system of human resources, educating thoughtful and creative workforce Creating equal educational opportunities, forecasting human resources supply, developing a system for assessing the scientific competence of employees, reforming the staff evaluation system, employee participation in human resource planning, evaluating human resources and developing ICT.
