Abstract :
A significant number of organizations are constantly struggling to implement the strategy, and suffer from a lack of structure and transparency in corporate strategic management. However, organizational structure is considered as an essential step towards describing organizational structure and relationships in the area of ​​strategic management. Strategic management provides the managers with appropriate areas and solutions, and relying on a dynamic, forward-looking, comprehensive and contingent thinking solution to many of the issues and problems of today s organizations. Strategic management creates opportunities for managers to use more systematic, sensible and logical ways to develop ways and strategies for the survival of organizations in the fast-paced environments. Is a strategic alliance that becomes an important tool for business management to improve the organization s ability to compete and fills the gap between existing resources and requirements for the future, providing organizations with access to external resources to create synergies and promote learning and rapid change, competitiveness. Enhances organizations. Because in today s competitive environment, where competition is intense, organizations are not able to achieve their goals individually and solely with the resources they hold. , Organizations are established to achieve the goals of their founders. The need for strategic decision-making is the best way to move toward mission accomplishment and attaining the goals of the organization. Strategic management is defined as a combination of analyzes, decisions, and actions that an organization organizes to build and maintain competitive advantages. Strategic management consists of three parts: analysis, formulation (formulation) and strategy implementation. In the strategic analysis step, organizations look at the status quo. The complex situation facing the managers and planners of the organization imposes a systemic thought and system approach to the recognition, analysis of opportunities, situations, threats and limitations of the external environment and the positive and negative aspects (strengths and weaknesses ) Internal organization, to capture the organization s abilities and capabilities with information that has been obtained from analyzes and to develop the conditions for implementing programs in the organization. Strategies are formulated in this section and will be executed based on the resources and priorities of the organization.
